-ACT Testing for Juniors at the Methodist Church -- Depart @ 8:00am, Return @ 1:00pm -- Juniors are dismissed for the day after testing concludes.

-HS Track @ Hartington-Newcastle Invite, 2:00pm -- Dismiss @ 11:40pm for lunch, Depart @ 12:15pm

-Gym closed all day for Prom Decorating - Only the Juniors will be allowed in the gym today!

-District FFA Convention in Norfolk -- FFA Students return to school @ 3:30pm

Saturday, April 10

-Prom in the Gym -- Grand March will begin at 7:30pm and will be streamed on Striv. See the website for the Striv link and more details/event times.

-Post Prom Schedule (approximate)

-11:30pm-12:45am Hypnotist

-1am-3:15am Gym activities, games, inflatables, obstacle course, wipeout, meltdown, corn hole, ladder ball, etc.

-3:15am-3:45am Draw for prizes, breakfast

-4:00am Clean-up

-**If any student or a date of a student chooses to leave before releasing around 3:45-4am, parents will be called.)

CLASS REGISTRATION: Registration sheets were due Thurday, 4/1 (not foolin!) The following students still need to turn them in with signatures: *Nate Oswald. (*also need to come in and register on the computer.)

Senior Class Composites are in! If you ordered a Senior Class Composite - they will need to be paid for before you can be signed out! The cost is $12.00. Please come see Stephanie - Mallory Geiger, Reed Hingst, Devin Hoesing, Anthony Isom, Ashley Kraemer, Willow Roth, Charlie Williamson, Cole Woodward.

Summer School being offered: for any student in grade K - 8 during the 2020-2021 School Year. Please contact Mr. Pattee if you are interested in enrolling your student! mpattee@allenschools.org

Summer School will start Monday, July 19, 2021 and go to Thursday, August 5, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. every Monday through Thursday.

Starting in April 2021, Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) benefits will be issued to eligible students. Families do not need to apply for these benefits. Benefits will be issued to students who meet the criteria below:

· Determined eligible for free or reduced-price school meals by application or directly certified through SNAP, TANF or Medicaid eligibility for school years 2019-20, or 2020-21.

· Attend a school that has been closed or operating at reduced attendance or hours for at least 5 consecutive days.

Eligible students that have opted-in for fully remote learning or experienced a quarantine for a minimum of five consecutive days will also qualify for P-EBT benefits. Our district will submit student eligibility data to the Nebraska Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services. Eligible students will receive funds monthly based on their learning mode (split/hybrid schedule -$62 or fully remote- $116). Information on how to use the cards will be issued with the cards. Additional information on the P-EBT assistance program can be found on USDA’s website and the DHHS EBT webpage.

Driver’s Ed: is being offered at Allen Consolidated Schools with Mrs. Hingst as the Driver's Ed Instructor!! Students need to be age 14 by 10/15/2021 and are required to have a learner's permit to enroll. Cost is $210 per student(due in full before classes start). Classes will begin on approximately May 24th. Times are yet to be determined. Students interested please sign up in Stephanie's office before May 10th! Click HERE for updates!
